Our first pilot training in Dubai is designed to give young African leaders a transformational experience in leadership, culture, and personal development. It combines engaging workshops, practical etiquette training, and mentorship sessions to nurture well-rounded young leaders.
Key Focus Areas:
African Cultural Awareness – Embracing identity, heritage, and pride in their roots.
Etiquette & Social Skills – Confidence in social interactions, table manners, and respect for others.
Emotional Intelligence – Understanding self, managing emotions, and building positive relationships.
Cultural Intelligence & Global Exposure – Thriving in multicultural environments while holding onto African values.
Leadership Mentorship – Guiding children to lead with vision, responsibility, and empathy.
Our short-term workshops introduce young leaders and parents to specific topics such as:
Table Etiquette & Dining Manners
Respect & Social Values
Effective Communication for Teens
African Parenting in a Global Context
These sessions are interactive, practical, and tailored for young leaders between 10–18 years.
We believe parents are the first mentors. That’s why our programmes include:
Pre- and Post-Surveys for both young leaders and parents to track growth.
Parenting Circles where mothers and fathers share insights on raising cultured leaders.
Mentorship Support to help families reinforce lessons at home.
As we grow, we will expand into:
Online Learning Modules – Accessible training for young leaders across Africa and the diaspora.
Cultural Exchange Trips – Giving young leaders real-world experiences with other cultures.
Annual Leadership Camp – A week-long retreat blending culture, leadership, and fun.
